Hayes Staff Recruitment’s Aims

Hayes Staff recognises that it is of paramount importance to provide an outstanding level of service to all ensuring that each service user has a specific plan of support tailored to meet their varied physical, emotional, social and spiritual needs.
This holistic approach enables Hayes Staff to treat all who use our support service as individuals whilst ensuring that everyone is treated equally in terms of personal dignity and respect and to ensure that all are encouraged to live a fulfilling, interesting and independent a lifestyle as possible within the agreed plan of support and that all contact with Hayes Staff support workers is a positive, fun, life enhancing experience which is flexible and responsive to the service user/primary carers needs.

Person centred planning and support services are designed to ensure that the individual service user receives the support service required and that their parent/primary carer is afforded the opportunity to ‘take time out’ with peace of mind knowing that their loved one is safe, happy and cared for when they are either unable to or receiving a much needed ‘break’.
Hayes feels that this is an important factor in contributing to the alleviation of stress and anxiety from the primary carer, thus ensuring that they can continue in their caring role.

Hayes Staff working in conjunction with the service user, their representative(s) and other interested parties, (social services, school, college, occupational therapists) will agree on a plan of support for the service user which enables Hayes Staff to fulfil the aims and outcomes of the agreed plan of support.
